Lotta Elstad: Of Love and the Abyss

Born in 1982, she is a journalist who has worked for the prominent Norwegian newspapers Dagens Næringsliv and Klassekampen. She writes non-fiction literature and is the author of three novels. Her books are clever, satirical, and filled with humor. If anyone could write an entertaining book about the right to adoption, it is Lotta Elstad in her novel Jeg nekter å tenke (I Refuse to Think). Her latest novel, Xiania 1 (2023), opens with a "shock and premature ejaculation".
